Can I configure the mini excavator to my specifications, or are you just machine resellers?<\/span><\/i><\/a><\/h3><\/div>

We are not just resellers; we will prepare a custom-made machine for you. Since we manufacture the machines directly in our production facility in the Czech Republic. We previously collaborated on production and development with the French company Chargeur Plus, but in 2024, we acquired them. We offer high-quality machines in various configurations. For example, telescopic arms, custom paint jobs, the largest selection of accessories, which we also produce, and much more. Or choose a machine in its basic configuration, and if you find in the future that some equipment from us would be useful, we will simply install it for you later. It's entirely up to you.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

I want to purchase your mini excavator. How can I pay for the machine?<\/span><\/i><\/a><\/h3><\/div>

It's always by agreement. We prefer bank transfers, however, if you wish to pay in cash, for example upon delivery of the machine, that is possible.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

What is the situation with the machine's transportation?<\/span><\/i><\/a><\/h3><\/div>

You can pick up the machine in person at our production facility, or we can deliver the machine to your home or company anywhere in the Czech Republic for a fee of 10 CZK\/km. We will demonstrate the machine on-site and answer all your questions regarding operation, safety, maintenance, etc.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

Do you provide service for the mini excavators purchased?<\/span><\/i><\/a><\/h3><\/div>

We are not just sellers of mini excavators, of which there are many in our country. We have a really large stock of spare parts for building our machines as well as for potential servicing. You can bring the mini excavator for servicing to us, or our technician can come to you, or you can perform the servicing yourself without losing the warranty. In this case, our technicians are available to you by phone. Don't hesitate to call and service it yourself. Our machines are designed so that everything is easily accessible.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

We provide a 24-month warranty for private individuals. For corporate customers, we provide a 12-month warranty. The warranty covers the entire machine comprehensively, including the engine.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

Yes, we have all the spare parts. Our warehouse is the largest in the Czech Republic. It includes, among other things, components that we use to build machines, including custom-built ones in various designs and configurations. Will I be able to operate the machine? Will I learn how to do it? Will I get an instruction manual?<\/span><\/i><\/a><\/h3><\/div>

You will learn to operate our mini excavators very quickly. This is confirmed by many of our customers who have already purchased the machine. Furthermore, upon delivery of the excavator, we will explain how to handle the mini excavator and you will receive an operator's manual.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

Does the mini excavator have ISO or SAE controls?<\/span><\/i><\/a><\/h3><\/div>

We use the controls according to the ISO standard, as with most mini excavators, such as Volvo, CAT, etc. Therefore, if you have already worked with a digger, you will very likely have the same controls for the swing arm, boom, etc., that you are used to.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

Is it possible to transport your excavators in a van as well? What minimum height and length of cargo space do I need to have available?<\/span><\/i><\/a><\/h3><\/div>

Yes, our micro-excavators are transported very well in the delivery vehicle.<\/p>\n

The cargo space height must be at least 1.6 m and the loading surface length at least 2.6 m. We also offer ramps that can be purchased, or we will gladly lend them to you for the first loading at our facility. Among other things, we also offer a recommended trailer, originally in the color of our machines \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>
